These terms govern your use of our website and the booking of any tour or experience offered by the Company.
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through this website and to any use of the services offered by the Company. By accessing this site or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by the terms set out here. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you have questions about anything on this page, contact us before confirming your booking.
bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received and you have been issued a written confirmation. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking and is non-refundable unless the tour is cancelled by the Company. Full payment is required no later than 30 days prior to the tour departure date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Prices listed on this website are in Australian dollars and include GST. The Company reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time prior to confirmation. If a pricing error affects your booking, we will contact you before processing payment.
cancellations and refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure will receive a full refund, less the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days before departure will receive a 50% refund of the total tour price. Cancellations made within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to the address listed on the Contact page.
• Weather and conditions — tours may be modified or rescheduled due to unsafe conditions. In these cases a full credit or alternative date will be offered.
• Force majeure — the Company is not liable for cancellations caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or access closures.
participant responsibilities
All participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and adequately prepared for the tour they have booked. Medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate must be disclosed at the time of booking. The Company reserves the right to exclude any participant from a tour if, in the guide's reasonable judgement, their participation would pose a risk to themselves or others.
You are responsible for arriving on time at the designated meeting point, wearing appropriate clothing, and carrying any items listed in the pre-departure information provided. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the tour without refund.
"Outdoor environments carry inherent risks. Participants are responsible for understanding those risks before booking."
Participants must follow all reasonable instructions given by guides during a tour. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to other guests, guides, or the natural environment. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
limitations of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, the Company's liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in a tour is limited to the value of the booking. The Company does not accept liability for loss or damage to personal property, indirect or consequential loss, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, warranty, or right that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
